Intel announced that the first batch of products based on the Intel 18A process node, the AI PC client processor Panther Lake and server processor Clearwater Forest, have been manufactured, powered on, and successfully started the operating system. Less than two quarters after its release, Intel has once again made breakthrough progress. Currently, both Panther Lake and Clearwater Forest are progressing smoothly and are expected to begin mass production in 2025. In addition, Intel also announced that the first external customer to adopt Intel 18A is expected to complete chip production in the first half of next year.
