On May 6th, the official website of the Shanghai Lingang New Area Management Committee released a decision on the approval of administrative licensing for the construction plan related to the Tesla Energy Storage Super Factory project in the South Fengjie River management area, agreeing in principle to the relevant engineering construction plan of the Tesla Energy Storage Super Factory project submitted by Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for review. This project is located in Nanhui Xincheng Town, Pudong New Area, with an area of 204359.92 square meters, extending from N01-08 plot in the east to N01-05 production protection green space in the west, Canghai Road in the south, and Wanshui Road in the north. According to the connection conditions of the surrounding municipal rainwater pipe network and the rainwater drainage plan within the project red line, Tesla (Shanghai) applies for the construction of two new rainwater discharge outlets to discharge rainwater to the west side of the Nanfeng Boundary River. The company should strictly implement the separation of rainwater and sewage, and prohibit sewage from being discharged into rivers.
