On May 20th, sources informed that Tesla Korea is offering a voluntary resignation plan for its salaried employees in South Korea, in conjunction with the global layoff plan announced last month.
It is reported that Tesla has recently sent an email to all employees in South Korea proposing two special resignation plans, in addition to basic severance pay, to provide up to two months of salary. According to reports, Tesla has disbanded its supercharging team in South Korea.
According to data from the Korea Financial Supervisory Authority, Tesla currently has approximately 480 employees in South Korea. (Korean Central Daily News)
