The ESG rating of Wuxin Technology has increased from 5th place in the global tobacco industry in 2022 to 2nd place in 2023, mainly due to its excellent performance in ESG governance, talent development, environmental policy, responsible marketing and other fields.
The ESG performance of Wuxin Technology has been repeatedly recognized by overseas third-party organizations. In November 2023, the ESG score released by S&P Global increased by 13% compared to 2022; In January 2024, the international authoritative index agency MSCI (Mingsheng) released its ESG rating results and obtained an A-level rating.
Wuxin Technology regards ESG as one of its core competencies, establishes an ESG committee at the board level, and releases ESG reports for three consecutive years. Since its establishment, the company has continuously invested in technological innovation, established a "1+4" scientific research chain, and systematically carried out scientific evaluation and harm reduction research on electronic cigarettes. As of the end of April 2023, we have carried out 17 foreign cooperation research projects and published 11 scientific research papers in authoritative journals.
