According to the prospectus, from 2022 to June 30, 2024, Xiaoma Zhixing's revenue was 68.39 million US dollars, 71.9 million US dollars, and 24.72 million US dollars respectively. The net losses were $148 million, $125 million, and $51.78 million, respectively. Over the past two and a half years, the cumulative revenue has been $165 million, with a net loss of $324 million. The funds raised from Xiaoma Zhixing's IPO will mainly be used for large-scale commercialization and market development of autonomous driving travel services and freight services.
