On May 21st, LiDAR company Hesai Technology released unaudited financial data for the first quarter of 2024. Hesai Technology's revenue in the first quarter of this year was 360 million yuan, and the combined gross profit margin of Robotaxi and ADAS businesses was 38.8%.
From the delivery volume of LiDAR, the total delivery volume of Hesai Technology LiDAR in the first quarter of this year reached 59101 units, a year-on-year increase of 69.7%; Among them, the delivery volume of ADAS products was 52462 units, a year-on-year increase of 86.1%. Hesai Technology stated that the compact and high-performance long-range LiDAR ATX is expected to begin mass production in the first quarter of 2025.
Hesai Technology further stated that currently, LiDAR has penetrated into the mass consumer market below 150000 yuan.
