Toyota launches two new pure electric models for the Chinese market, which will be officially released within a year

Toyota announced on April 25th that it will launch two new pure electric vehicle models for the Chinese market during the Beijing International Auto Show - bZ3C and Platinum 3X.
Toyota's Chief Technology Officer Yuki Nakajima said, "These two models, which appeared as concept cars at last year's Shanghai Auto Show, have been upgraded to mass production models. Toyota plans to start selling them in China within a year."
According to the statement, bZ3C is jointly developed by Toyota, BYD Toyota Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., FAW Toyota, and Toyota Intelligent Electric Vehicle Research and Development Center (China) Co., Ltd. (IEM by TOYOTA). The Platinum Intelligence 3X was jointly developed by Toyota, GAC Group, GAC Toyota, and IEM by TOYOTA.
