According to the Tianyancha App, Zhengzhou New Oriental Education Consulting Co., Ltd. was established on March 18th, with Tang Haoping as its legal representative and a registered capital of 2 million RMB. Its business scope includes education consulting services, marketing planning, sports event planning, enrollment assistance services, off campus custody services for primary and secondary school students, and non residential real estate leasing. According to shareholder information, the company is wholly owned by New Oriental Education Technology Group Co., Ltd.
