Faraday Future sues Ding Lei and Jia Yueting, who once criticized Gao He as a "disgrace to the industry"

On March 5th, FaradayFuture announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Ding Lei, a former executive of FF and founder of Chinese Express, against the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province, China, for infringement of trade secrets and unfair competition.
On the first day of resuming work after the end of this year, Gaohe Automobile announced a shutdown of production. Later, Jia Yueting left a comment in an article analyzing Gaohe's failure on his social media, calling it "a shame for the industry.".
Ding Lei worked with Jia Yueting at LeEco Auto from 2014 to 2017, serving as co-founder, global vice chairman, and CEO of China and Asia Pacific for LeEco Super Auto. Subsequently, Ding Lei left LeEco due to personal health reasons and established the Chinese Express Company, launching the Gaohe Automobile brand. The Gaohe HiPhi X was launched globally at the Beijing Auto Show on September 25, 2020.
