Toyota unveiled a hybrid car on November 16th, which not only uses a gaseous hydrogen fueled engine, but also installs a motor as a power source. The range of a single hydrogen refueling is extended by 25% compared to traditional engine vehicles, reaching approximately 250 kilometers.
This hybrid vehicle equipped with a gaseous hydrogen engine is developed based on the commercial vehicle "Hiace". Toyota is still promoting fuel cell vehicles that drive vehicles through the chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen. (Nikkei News)
