JD.com announces Double 11 results, with a year-on-year increase of over 20% in the number of shopping users

On the early morning of November 12th, JD.com released the Double 11 results. As of 23:59 on November 11, 2024, the number of shopping users on JD.com 11.11 has increased by over 20% year-on-year, and the number of live streaming orders for JD's procurement and sales has increased by 3.8 times year-on-year. The transaction volume of over 17000 brands increased by more than 5 times year-on-year, and the transaction volume of over 30000 small and medium-sized businesses increased by more than 2 times year-on-year.
During the Double 11 shopping festival, JD Supermarket launched a set of different brand products for sale, including over 20000 items such as mother and baby products, home cleaning products, grain and oil seasoning products, and leisure snacks. The overall transaction volume of JD Supermarket's combination set increased by over 50% year-on-year.
In terms of clothing categories, the transaction volume of down jackets, assault jackets, thermal underwear, cashmere sweaters, children's snow boots, etc. all increased by over 100% year-on-year; Skinny boots, bean shoes, and cotton boots have grown more than twice; More than 300 brands of warm accessories such as hats and scarves have doubled in growth. The total transaction volume of JD Jingzao's core product category achieved double-digit growth year-on-year.
In terms of supporting small and medium-sized businesses, there are over 30000 small and medium-sized businesses whose transaction volume has increased more than twice year-on-year. JD's insurance sector provides comprehensive services to ensure consumers' shopping experience, helping over 430000 merchants achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
In terms of overseas business, ochama's food and beverage, fresh produce, and 3C home appliances are highly favored by European consumers, among which domestic small home appliances are particularly favored, with sales increasing by 200% year-on-year. As a European omni channel retail brand under JD.com, ochama has provided home delivery services in 24 European countries. In some regions, ochama also offers various fulfillment modes such as hourly delivery, same day delivery, and same day self pickup.
In terms of technological empowerment, with the help of JD Cloud Yanxi Digital Person Live, more than 7500 brands have achieved high-quality growth, driving a 40% increase in transaction volume compared to 618, and the number of intelligent customer service inquiries has exceeded 3.6 billion.
In terms of logistics, JD Logistics' global weaving network plan has been fully upgraded. Within this year, consumers from nearly 80 countries around the world will be able to receive JD Express from China.
