Haidilao: trial operation of Xinjiang's first store, multiple autumn products launched

According to store manager Peng Zhidong, there were over 3000 customers interacting and inquiring in the store's private domain group within a week before the trial operation.
Haidilao has stated in its semi annual report that it will continue to adopt a bottom-up approach to store opening in the second half of 2024. With further improvement in its management capabilities, the number of store openings is expected to increase significantly compared to the first half of the year. During the same period, Hai Di Lao launched a new variety of autumn products, covering three major categories: hotpot, staple food, and beverages, including Hulunbuir Grassland Fat Beef Roll, Hulunbuir Cordyceps Flower Fat Beef Roll, Shrimp Slippery Fish Seed Sandwich, Black Truffle Fish Seed Beef Rice, etc.
According to the relevant person in charge of Haidilao, the launch of this new product took 6 months from its launch to official launch. It was screened layer by layer from more than 70 new products, and after multiple blind selection and internal testing, and blind tasting by over 400 consumers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other places, 5 selected new products were finally put on the dining table.
