【兪敏洪氏が「退任」！新東方文旅はIPOに突入する？】2日、天眼調査の公式サイトによると、北京新東方文旅有限公司とその完全子会社である北京新東方沃凱徳国際教育旅行有限公司はいずれも工商変更が発生し、兪敏洪氏は両社の法定代表者を退任し、楊志輝氏が後任した。公開資料によると、楊志輝系新東方教育科学技術グループ執行総裁兼最高財務責任者、新東方文旅グループ総裁、法定代表者。
