On August 7th, a research report by Jibang Consulting pointed out that Nvidia still plans to launch B100 and B200 in the second half of 2024 to supply CSPs (cloud service providers) customers, and plans to gradually supply them after the third quarter of 2024. While the yield and mass production of CoWoS-L still need to be improved, Nvidia is simultaneously planning to downgrade the B200A to other enterprise customers and switch to using CoWoS-S packaging technology. The memory specification of B200A will adopt 4 HBM3e (fifth generation high bandwidth memory) 12hi (12 layer stack), with a total capacity of 144GB. It is expected that OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) will officially receive the B200A chip in the first half of 2025. By 2025, the Blackwell platform will account for over 80% of Nvidia's high-end GPUs and drive the annual growth rate of Nvidia's high-end GPU series shipments to 55%.
