TSMC는 2027년까지 더 복잡한 웨이퍼급 시스템을 통해 컴퓨팅 능력을 40배 향상시키는 것을 목표로 InFO _ SoW (웨이퍼에 실리콘을 내장) 기술을 이용해 테슬라의 차세대 Dojo AI 훈련 모듈을 생산하기 시작했다.
