On December 7th, the Director of the North China Air Traffic Control Bureau of Civil Aviation Administration of China, Ma Jinhai, signed a memorandum of understanding with John Bruns, Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives of Boeing Civil Aircraft Group, in Beijing to reach an agreement on a multi field cooperation plan. Both sides agreed to continue deep cooperation in sharing the development concept of international air traffic control, analyzing and improving the operational efficiency of air traffic control, exploring technology, and providing personnel training, in order to promote the safety, efficiency, and capacity improvement of the air traffic management system in North China.
