According to Google Cloud, as more and more enterprises leverage Google Cloud's open, secure, and integrated technology stack to expand their global business, Yin Shiming will lead relevant regional business development teams to help users and partners fully utilize the capabilities of cloud and AI through market strategies, and achieve success in the international market.
According to the data, before joining Google Cloud, Yin Shiming served as the COO of Weimeng, vice president of Baidu AI Cloud Group, and played an important role in the construction of Baidu's smart cloud business. His career also included leadership positions at Apple and SAP, driving business growth in the East and Central China regions.
It is reported that Yin Shiming, as the vice president of Baidu AI Cloud Group and the general manager of Baidu AI Cloud Business Group, led the establishment of Baidu AI Cloud's product technology and business system, which promoted the rapid development of Baidu Smart Cloud in the past few years. In September 2020, Yin Shiming joined Weimeng as the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) and became a member of the Group Management Committee, responsible for promoting the planning and implementation of Weimeng Group's core strategies of "mass customization, ecologicalization, and internationalization". He reported to Sun Taoyong, Chairman and CEO of Weimeng Group.

Earlier, Google released its third quarter report, which showed that Google Cloud's revenue for the third quarter of 2024 was $11.353 billion, an increase of 35% compared to the same period last year.
