Nokia announced on October 28 that it will sign a one-year renewal agreement with China Telecom to update its 5G network in central and southern Taiwan, China. The project aims to enhance the performance, capacity, and energy efficiency of China Telecom's 5G network, and lay the foundation for the evolution of China Telecom's 5G Advanced network. The deployment work is currently underway and is expected to last for 12 months.
